At Pine Bloom Gift Store, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom prints) cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at pinebloomteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
